That's a tricky area, fivrr I couldn't imagine, if this contents nefarious then day zero sites would do.
All depends on what your goal is,
These scenes are usually underground or on the dark web.
This sites more of a service but you can't sell unless you have a blue badge, or your accounts terminated and mods make sure it stays that way.
And a place to divulge but not to much.

Have you thought about starting your own site that showcase your software and then running some Google Ads with keywords centered around your software? That's the route I would go to be honest. Most people Google search for specific niche software like yours. Once you get some hits and maybe some inquiries aside from selling the software you can talk about selling source code as well. Obviously there will be a bit of investment first for ads and hosting service like siteground or something.

Thank you, i found few platfroms that are suitable for selling source codes and softwares but i didn't find any specific platforms for selling system softwares or cyber sec softwares like disk analysers or any such things

If you look on GitHub you'll see a graveyard of projects, the assembly languages your refering to were built by the greats including but not limited to John carmac, demis hassabis, unless your source codes written at their level shit you're the next kid on the block to revolutionise society.
Most services you're referring to are locked away in private entities, if you really do hold such talent get your name out there, do what people above suggested create a website list and index your creations.
Or take the dark path.
