fanpage with fans, is there a place to sell that?

Sell it on Flippa. A few months ago, I sold a blog along with a fan page that has more then 1k fans. Easily found a few interested buyers on Flippa. Having a good page rank domain with the fan page is like cherry on cake.

Most people are only interested in UK and US fans.

It wont sell for loads unfortunately

It depends on the focus of the page. Did you think of picking up the phone? Its a hard life doing cold calling, but it is an emotional sale, and all the stats in the world will not make you rich, but a mark with an itch can make you some bucks.. if you call them.
