I have few websites i ranked in the home services niche.
Where you guys finding people to rent them your websites or GMB?

You can either park your website or get worthwhile offers for your site on auction sites like Flippa. Namecheap gives you an edge also since people interested in your domain name will also check the site out and make contact.

So when someone gives you a buy offer you're not interested in, you can tell them you'd rather rent it out for a specific period of time.

So get the conversation going then make your pitch on rent not selling.
