There are many websites out there that give people the option to promote their website for free. These include StumbleHere.com, US Free Classified Ads, ClassifiedAds.com, Backpage.com, and ClassifiedsForFree.com. However, if you do not believe in these sites, you can also try to enlarge the links on your website.

i don't think that those website will promot ur links as people imagines , only if you are targeting a specific niche , popular maybe people can check it out
 
There's one that works, which is traffic exchange albeit on a limited scale.

Most of them not doing the job most case not effiected from my experiance waste of time
 
Genuine places for free ads that actually help are very rare.
 
Pinterest is my recommend website to get free traffic as of recent,l.
 
But for Pinterest have to increase the reach. Only after that, it will give some kind of results. Post best content.
