With $950 USD a month where could I live at and live like I'm rich?

Maybe start the new year with plans of where I should head out to. I have a $950/month income but I also have a few requirements about what I need.

Share your ideas and or maybe dreams

Requirements
Needs internet
Needs a good healthcare
Needs to have food joints everywhere
(No religious requirements)
(No off grid place)

Never been to Argentina, but sounds like a nice country and the average wage is about $500 per month.
Never heard anything about terrorism, dictatorship or criminal activities.

Brazil :)
With $950 you can live well here, because of the exchange.
$1 = R$ 3,77
If you are from Europe or the USA you will soon be able to visit Brazil without even applying for the visa.
It is a government measure to attract more tourists to our wonderful country.
With the salary of $ 3,500.00, you can pay the rent, pay the internet, pay a health plan and pay the installment of a popular car.
There's still about $ 200 left.
I recommend Chile too.

I would say Argentina or Portugal is good. Or Greece.

South East Asia.
Thailand
Malaysia
Vietnam
Indonesia
Singapore (super expensive accommodation, cheaper food, super modern city)

Argentina is not a very good place to live, have a few friends from there and they all say that place is poor and corrupt. Also google Argentina's economy its bad so there for more crime.

I would recommend either Chile has the best economy in south america and a very good quality of life living. You will find majority of south americans go to chile for the benefit.

Heard of Thailand ?
Internet requirements - checked
Food - checked
Healthcare - checked

LadyBoys Checked.

more LadyBoys than women in Thailand.

I would not move there, as I would not be able to look at women because they all might have a dick, thats not a comfortable living situation.

and then you appear decapitated in a viral liveleak video.

+1 for Southeast Asia. Its peaceful, tourist friendly, cheap, got good internet, flights to other countries like Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. are super cheap. Food is great. Many other foreigners and communities. Great standard of living with big potential to increase in the next few years.

If you wanna go to Europe I can recommend Spain or Portugal, but for myself SEA is the best.

Argentina is bankrupt. Inflation rose by almost 50% in 2018.
The country is bankrupt because of previous governments, the same is happening in Brazil.
Even the party ruled Brazil for 16 years (in addition to funding the dictatorship of Maduro in Venezuela), had the largest corruption case in history and one of the largest in the world.
The current government is doing everything to improve the country.

It may be cheap but it's certainly not safe. In fact it's known to be one of the most dangerous countries in the world to live in. Just Google "living in Brazil" you'll soon learn that it's not the place to be!

Where are you from, and what's off-grid to you?

Like growing my own food and using solar panels and 3 hours away from a town by car

I'd be a little over average wage. Would I live richly?

Can't wait for Brazil to pass that tourist law

It depends of how "good" do you want to live. And also if you resume only on you, or include other family members in this amount. Well, with $950, you can live decent in east european countries, south american countries, asia countries or african countries ( most of them ). But I think you cannot expect luxury with this amount of money. I live in Romania. In Bucharest, for example, you can live normally with this amount of money ( Bucharest may be an expensive city, depends of your necessities ). In the county side, you can live better ( cheap house rent, cheap food, etc ).
