I'm a Filipino and what I can suggest is find someone young and fresh off college. You can find most of these on twitter or facebook. Do a really thorough background check and interview on them as some/many (depending on your luck) can be like sharks. But once you find someone honest enough, you'll love that person for his or her dedication and diligence.
Filipinos are really lovely people, it's just that you need to filter out the trash that are online.
