This is not an Ogads landing page, I assume this is an app where you can download cracked apps. Take the photo and search it in google images, and you will usually find something.

Are you sure it's OGads? It looks like a private app to install cracked apps and games.

It's not OGads. This is the landing page a lot of people have been using lately for YouTube CPA. The easiest way to get this landing page is to find a top ranking video, check the description or video for the site URL, then use HTTrack to rip the LP and put in your own lockers. I've seen about 5 similar landing pages when searching for keywords today.
