Where can I get hits on the Google +1 button of my sites to reach a better ranking? But they should be "safe" and made from different IP's, I don't believe people in Fiverr do them from different IP's even if they say so

Why is ANYONE doing +1's? Almost no actual humans are using G+ so if some small site gets 100's of +'s it looks very odd.
