I need adwords account to promote offers, but my own account got banned. Can someone recommend a quality adwords account provider? Thanks.

Not that reason. four of my domains are banned and finally my account got suspended. I used all my family members's resources.

Adwords accounts are not generally suspended. Why it happened with you?
