I know some hostings: spacehosting and mynymbox. I don't know how abuse-resistant they are for gambling websites. But, at the very least, you can buy a dedicated or virtual server there anonymously with cryptocurrency, as there is no KYC.

i would like to tell you once there was a option in hostinger i paid with crypto i dont remeber wheather it was domain i bought or hosting you can check it and then try it
