where can I get free premimum wordpress themes?

Hello

I am wondering if there is a legit website that has free high quality wordpress themes? I dont want anything cracked or pirated as those tend to have malicious code.
I have been on google already, searched for all the common phrases like "free premium wordpress themes" "free responsive wordpress themes" I have gone up to page 10, and everything is just garbage. I dont know what these "designers" are thinking when they dont even have the option of changing the freaking logo in their theme?

I am wondering if there is a website that you guys could refer me to?

There are a lot of Wordpress themes in the Downloads section here. I would check it out and see if you can find what you're looking for.

Pick up a little code and it's not too hard to figure out how to customize most of those themes yourself.
