if you are worried about money, have you thought about getting an xyz domain for .99 cents? or do you really want a .com domain?
Go Daddy usually do their 99c offer where you can buy one. They screw you over with privacy fees though.
Instead look at Porkbun, currently you can buy 3 for just over $4.15 each I think it is for a .com and get free privacy included

Namecheap. They won't give big discounts for budget domains and hosting. As I remember last time, there big discounts were only for biggest packages.

Ehh.. Don't know about the cheapest, but Namecheap for me is THE BEST. They win BEST SUPPORT award every year, and rightfully so. They have been acting like my own IT Team for years now. Super worth it.

where does it say 3 per customer? it's 1 per customer as far as I can tell
OP - if it's not urgent, wait until black friday. I know name cheap was having huge discounts on domains last year. the prices were ridiculous.
