Socialpanel24 have a service which will start within 10 seconds.

Ive used it for quite a while (manually) it takes about 10 seconds so hardly worth automating.

But if you get a lot of likes, then it would be useful.
Still, it's okay to do a minute or two every few days to call those people to action.

It depends on how many times you make a post and how many fanpages you have going.
If I were you I would watch the video unless you already know about group posting and how to use this tool for best results.

Yes that is just for Facebook.
For Instagram I would use something like IG Flash if it is still working? I have not used it in a while as I have not used Instagram in a while. https://www.igflash.co/
