Where can I find quality sites for submits? Interested in where to gather good sites where i can post a review about my service?

And by what parameters would you advise to select sites? What DR? How do you check for spam? For example, if the site has guest posts banned topics, I would not want to put the site there. How do I check it?

Most sites for submits do have enough spam in there (because it's free type of backlinks).
So, DR, Traffic are good for check. I wouldn't use too many parameters because it may reduce the amount down to 0..
