You will probably find better people hiring and training them yourself because agencies often overcharge for average chatters. Start with hourly pay plus small bonuses because commission only usually brings bad quality workers.

Why not train your own LLm with data based on your product and make it an "AI bot"?

You could run your own offline LLm, or you could something like openai + your own data to talk to people 24/7

The thing is, it's getting to the point where we need more people to be able to respond to all chats, also we are looking to expand to other countries.
I'm trying to actually hire people, not only commission.

For that i have a couple questions:
-Where can I find people that would be interested in learning our business and fulfill our needs?
I saw some OF agencies, but I'm not convinced, I think it would be best to find and train people people individually to our needs. We don't need a top tier chatter since our profit is not based on selling trough a chat, actually quite the opposite, we need people that can maintain a basic conversation while still engaging with the user. So I don't mind people that are just starting.

-What is a competitive salary nowadays?
Are OF chatters getting paid by the hour or only commission based?

If it's actual of platform then you must have to hire people and trained then with your SOPs and training in real , agencies charge too much upfront I think.... So maximum people want already trained chatters those already working with of marketing agencies.

So if for instagram or whatsapp you can use CupidBot AI for of chatting ...
They support various like most of the social media.... Provide trial also if you like that then you continue with paid plan.... I'm not affiliated with them so do your own research....
