I think this is a custom script, I cant find trace of wordpress nor opencart.

There are tens of thousands of WP themes out there in the Internet - some free, some premium - so odds are that you will eventually find either something similar or something that you like even better.

http://themeforest.net/ is a good start - they have around 10k themes listed.
