Where can I find: Cheap Win Dedi or VPS?

So my fellow blackhatters do anyone of you know where I can find cheap win dedi server or VPS?

Need the following:
Bandwidth: Minimum 2000gb
Connection: 100mbps
RAM: At least 2GB prefferably 4gb
CPU: Nothing less then Core2Duo 2,4Ghz
Space: A minimum of 250GB fast - sata2 or newer/faster.
IP: 1 is fine
Managment: Just me being able to remotely reboot the server
is fine.
OS: Win xp, Vista, Win 7, Win 2003, Win 2008 either is fine. I can even use my own key if needed.

Budget: No more then $50 USD / month.


Edit: I have emailed volumedrive about their vps3 package but not heard back from them yet. I also want to see what else there is out there.

Don't buy cheap ones, they are all uselss, buy decent ones.

I think it will be a little more than 50 bucks for those specs. And the only time i saw a $50 dedi was from some Afghan host that went out of business after US users massively ordered servers (lol)

I have 2 servers pretty much exactly like the specs in my post and pay about 50 bucks a month for them. I have been with these two hosting companies for over 4 years and no problems what so ever.

I need to get some more servers now but want them on different hosts for reasons that I would like to keep to myself (not illegal though).

When it comes to VPS hosting the best are the following:
