My business has had a lot of trouble spending WHITE HAT on Facebook because of negative feedback from our customers. They continually shut down our accounts with no explanation. I'm looking to get under the umbrella of an agency account to see if that helps. We have very high daily spends ($10K - $30K).

get agency accounts is really hard, some people have agency accounts but they dont sell them or rent them, my recommendation is try to get one, call facebook, or open a chat with facebook support, explain your company, they will ask you to spend more than 10k USD per month, then you can apply to get an agency account

because of negative feedback? No, FB doesn't shut down anyone's Ad Account with no reason. Negative Feedback is just one factor that counts in your delivery, but this doesn't lead to a disapproved Ad Account.

I think you should be more clear as WHITE HAT on Facebook.

Yeah we attempted this spending 30K a day and they said they'd contact us when an account manager became available for us. What you're talking about is an old policy and outdated

This is just quite wrong my man. They most definitely do shut down accounts because of negative feedback and I confirmed that multiple times with facebook support with whom I've had the pleasure of working with very closely over the past few months. In fact, they shut down my business manager which had a 2500 ad account creation limit because of negative feedback.

I'm willing to wager you are not within guidelines.

You clearly have no idea what you're doing if you are indeed whitehat and are complaining to us about it instead of talking to facebook on the matter.

They do not permanently ban you for negative feedback.

I can sell this kid a git a clue package for the low price of only $9,999.98 which is conveniently on sale today for $99.89 thats a savings of over 99%. TODAY ONLY. Supplies are limited. Limit 2 per household.

:DAgain... FB don't ban because some people giving negative feedback. The negative feedback happens when your target audience see your Ad and press on hide/ I don't wanna see that. Most of the time the creative is just cheap and ugly and that's why your relevance score goes downhill.
Facebook shut down your Ad Account because your Advertising is obviously against the policies or your whole Business Model is not supported on FB.

You should rethink your campaigns.

You can send me an example of your creative if you want, I can take a look and give some suggestions if you like to.

cheers

The overarching goal of the Facebook policy team is to ensure the users have a positive experience on their platform. If you provide a negative experience they will find a way to shut you down and point to whichever one of the vague policies they choose like "Business Model not supported on Facebook". I speak to Facebook support everyday and I can tell you don't have a lot of experience in doing so otherwise you'd know it's useless because of how compartmentalized that company is. No team has any direct communication with the other and the policy team doesn't really give a shit about having to explain themselves to the support team who interface with us. We've spent $4.5 million over the past 9 months as a direct response ecommerce company with a positive ROI so I'm pretty sure we know what we're doing. Thanks for your attempts at giving feedback but I'm not here to argue any of these points. My request was straightforward in the beginning of this post and I'm still open to anyone who might be able to help.

@Ketobh17 Well, I wish you the most success.

But you can't imagine how well I know the Support and their internal teams:D

Appreciate it
This guy is blackhat and refuses to accept it. We all know their support well(too well). This may be hard to believe but you aren't the only person here running ads.

Throwing out numbers is indicative you just got started in this space.

Welcome to the ball game. Good Luck
