Where can I find Adobe Premiere cheaper?

Hey Guys, so I basically just tried to get premiere. Got my card declined for no reason and turned off by giving adobe my money. Few years ago I had some kind of bundle from Nanohits which included premiere but I couldn't find any cheap shared/edu premiere subscriptions for sale anymore.

Anyone got a clue how I can get my hands on premiere for less?
