Where can I find a script that pays users based on CPM model when they send traffic to my website?

Hello I am searching a script similar to skyads.io platform where i can post my blog articles in a list and my users have a unique referral link and can send traffic to my website and get paid with cpm model, where i will decide how much is the CPM. I dont know how to search for this system in english, how is this system called? CPM platform? i cant find ready made scripts for sale with this keyword, any other keyword I can use to search for this system for sale? or do you know any script for sale that is doing this? thanks
