Where can I find a script like this?

I'm going to be opening a wrestling news website, and I have been searching for a "newsboard" script like the one seen at where myself and maybe a few others would be able to post news that appears on the main page as headlines only. I was thinking about maybe using Wordpress for it but I can't seem to get it right. I know there are scripts out there that can do this, can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Go with wordpress. Find a template that fits you best and if want only headlines you only need to remove some stuff from the template. That's about 2 min of work.
