I have Downloaded the script fron the first link.

This is what I get when I try to open a Document kind

"Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer. "

I searched the app store and i didn't get any thing relavent. I also tried to open this document with Microsoft word but it didn't work.

Upon installing iMacros on Firefox, a folder should have been created in 'Documents' titled 'iMacros' - find this folder, then copy the script(s) into that folder. You should then be able to run them directly from iMacros by simply selecting it from the list of macros and running it.
