I'm looking for legal VCC, nothing dodgy,

I need to fund some Facebook ads and need a Credit/Debit card - But I don't want to wait for days to have one sent out,

So I'm just looking for a service that will give me a virtual number etc that I can fund and use online.

What are my options?

You have to order a Card with them. I want a service that's just online. I don't need physical cards.
