Does anyone of a tweet exchange service (where other people will post my tweets) or places where I can buy tweets with my text in them?

Addmefast has been abit unreliable lately, so looking for alternatives

These tweet exchanges pop up every now and again but they never seem to do very well. Better to build your own followers- then you know they are real / active / relevant followers.
