hi, so basically i need to buy traffic but they need to stay on the page for a certain amount of time and also the referall need to be from fb and twitter. something like hitleaps but they only do one minute max and i dont care if its fake or real traffic just needs to come from Europe and the us

well buying traffic is not a good idea. i don't think that you will get targeted traffic.

Since you are saying that the traffic you get doesn't matter if it is real or not then I suggest fiverr. for just $5 you can get tons of traffic from facebook or twitter to your page. As for how much visitors they can send to your website or for how long they stay I have no clue you would have to contact the seller of each traffic gig and decide which one works best for you but they do have tons of traffic gigs which some have worked at getting visitors for my site.
