If you are going to take them, the easier way to find them is by going to a local meathead gym. Most sell them over the counter believe it or not. but whatever you do, go to the heroin addict clinic and ask them for needles (they'll give you the right ones plus give you a little lesson on how and where to inject).

Steroids aren't too bad. Your dick won't get smaller but your BALLS do. Mainly because your body will stop producing testosterone. On you first cycle do Test and dianabol (weeks 1 -6 250ml test, weeks 7-12 500ml test, 20mg dianabol per day weeks 1-4). That s what a pro told me.

Oh yeah, and be prepared to lose your family and your girlfriend if you have one. Dianabol can make you the happiest person alive when your on it but damn, you hate everything that doesn't go your way when your off.

Let me guess...your the type of guy that can eat as much as he wants and not gain any weight, right? So that makes you a ectomorph. Steroids will work for you in the short term....but as soon as you are off them, your body will consume the extra body mass you packed on. You don't need steroids....you can bulk up with Protein and lots of carbs (because you metabolism is like a furnace). Also you should not be over training....you should only be going to the gym 3 times a week.
Overtraining will cause you to lose the gains you are making. You need to train short times and use as much weight as you can handle. Short intense workouts, train only 3 times a week and consume a ton of protein and carbs.

Not to be that guy, but how do you know he'll get overtrained by going to the gym more than 3 times a week?
Maybe you mean it'd suffice to train only 3 times a week? If that is the case then nvm.

The guy is obviously a beginner, but, guys, if we wanna give him tips... let's give him the fundamental tips, not "do this x times a week, do that, buy these products etc." Because I've read a whole lot of "tips" in this thread that I don't think you should give a beginner. These kind of threads tends to end in arguments over which method is the best. So lets stick to the basics that everyone (that is giving tips) SHOULD know. Oh and head over to a site dedicated for this stuff OP.

Regardless of whether or not gear is legal where you live, it is not to be discussed on this forum. End of story.
