yes easiest to make a bot and easiest to get banned by vimeo as well
Don't mean to be a badass, but we are not really helping the OP as a Community would do and as we normally do.
I find pretty obvious that, since no Vimeo section is around, he asks here.
Where should he ask, instead?
On Facebook or PPC section?
With that said, I would also be interested in knowing where to find what he is looking for.
I can't find it, but if it's so easy to find a service like that, why not sharing rather than saying "it's easy to find, go get it yourself"?

All I have ever found is people doing very basic things like uploading videos on Vimeo, which also my mum can do
No views services.
