Where can I buy retweets?

I've tried buying retweets on smm.net but I'm not happy at all with their service. 2 days and they haven't started retweeting yet, and in chat I was told to buy HQ Retweets for Instant delivery. Also I deposited 15$ in BTC and after 2 days I haven't received the amount in my account... in the chat they are very vague replying that they will give me an answer in 12 hours since 2 days and no answer.

So I'm looking for another website to buy RT, and one that doesn't have shadowbanned accounts as I tried to buy from a website that gave me 140RT and 0 engagement. Of course in my tweet there are # hashtags, but I checked the hashtag search and none of the retweets were visible there, so it's of course some shadowbanned accounts.

SMM Panels cant guarantee you HQ Retweets thats why instead of buying 1k Retweets from a SMM Panel, rather buy 1 RT from a page in your niche, and it will probably work out better than if you would buy RTs from a panel. And it will probably be cheaper aswell.
