Where can I buy good UK traffic?

I need UK traffic with a blank or common source (Facebook, Google, etc.) referrer that will stay on the page avg 60+ seconds. I've tried:

Innoshow - max 3-4 visitors per day.
ExpressVisits - wait over a week for support responses, limited functionality, 1-10 seconds per visitor, never receive the full traffic amount bought when most places over deliver.
Bidvertiser - 0 visitors most days.
Clicksor - I selected UK traffic, blank referrer, yet got hundreds of weird .ru web addresses appearing in my web stats!
INeedHits - will only take Paypal payments and I won't use Paypal.

and several others. Are there any good UK traffic providers out there?

Theres a bot called - jingling traffic bot. I think its available free in the downloads section. I heard thats good.

jingling will give western traffic but not country specific, still good though
