where can I buy FB Ad account ?

hi guys

I didnt find on the forum any reseller, the question is simple : Since all my new FB accounts are disabled in a row (even by respecting the warm up account etc..) do you have some web sites to recommend where I can buy a FB account ?

Also, the following issue would be the following : Since now on shopify its needed to connect the shop to a SPECIFIC Business Manager account, how could I do if I can only publish ads using a simple personal FB account !? how other guys are doing using the couple shopify/facebook if we dont have a business manager account ?
