Where can I buy ether for as low as $20?

[Note for mods: I just asking for a suggestions not trying to transact with anyone, cause my first post was deleted]

You can credit card it on Binance probably, if your CC bank allows you to buy crypto on it. Many banks will block this kind of transaction.

At this low amount, probably not worth the effort due to fees. If I may ask, are you planning on spending it or getting into trading? One answer or another effect where it's best for you to buy.

try coinmama, eToro, Bitpanda, or cex.io

Problem is the low amount you want to buy. Most places are going to have higher buy mins. Best way might be to try Binance since it's an exchange so low amounts are ok. Then you can obviously just transfer the ETh to wherever you need them.
