Where can I buy a GOOD private proxy ?

The ideea is that most of my time I live in a place where only port 8080 is open. I am looking for a good private proxy, that I connect to it via proxy 8080 and have access to other ports. The ideea is that I can't access cpanel for websites, or whatever else that involves other ports excepting port 8080.

I want a proxy, that can help me to connect to all the ports without restrictions.

i do also recommend buyproxies.org , i use them for my senuke , scrapebox etc . and support has been always 10/10

I had good luck with shared proxies from ProxyBonanza, have not tried their dedicated ones. Will subscribe again to their shared ones (the 68 ip pack, cheap).
 
I have both private and shared proxies from buyproxies.org and they are rock solid. I had one go dead once and they replaced it in like an hour.
 
I've always used Vip72, and they never disappoint me. A little pricy maybe, but they are always up - and rarely blacklisted by - let's say PP.
