Open up a WTB thread and ask for the request with your specifications.
You do know, websites are per approval on your adsense, so it still needs to go approval on your adsense account then.

You could search the marketplace section of the forum. Alternatively, you could post on the Want To Buy section of the forum.
If you're unable to get from the forum, then you may want to explore platforms like Flippa and the rest. But the advantage of BHW marketplace is you get to work with the seller directly, as a result you get to pay less fees.
You'll still have to do your due diligence.
