Hi in looking for a place where buy decent shoutout d'Or fb/twitter/insta. I already checked fiverr but most of them (in my opinion) looks like scams with fake followers and so on. Someone have any advice? Thanks

yeah on fiverr they are worthless. Check out ebay! There are some of thousands of real followers who sell shoutouts but they are expensive. or BuySellAds.com

i get 15k+ likes in every picture

I would like to know this as well...

I looked into ebay and there were very few results under "Instagram shoutout"

and looked into buysellads and didn't find anything affordable...Am I just looking at the wrong place?

For Twitter, contact directly. Most pages that offer shoutout have email id listed in their bio.
