They are in IM, actually. The IM boys slog and earn paypal money, and their gals use it all in malls! No easier and skillful way to be connected to IM (IMers) and still get all they want!

BTW, there are many famous IMer women on BHW (at least), but most do not have spare time to gab aimlessly though. Busy making more money and spending quality time I guess!
