Where are you getting your skill.md for your AI to write SEO-optimized content?

I am thinking to use deepseek v4 flash to write my page contents, since their API rate is so cheap, but do you guys have any page where I can add SEO-optimized agent skills for SEO writing, so it will try to adhere to the guidelines every time it wants to push new content? Also, if you have any other cheap models for me to try out apart from deepseek v4 flash, kindly let me know.
