Just look at this beauty being built right now, apartments cost from $200,000 to $500,000.
Something like this in Sydney would cost you $3 million to $5 million.
$5k a month is enough to live like a prince in Serbia, while with $2k you would still live very well.
Food, nightlife and skiing are insane.
Sea side is close as well, Croatia or Montenegro, 4-5 hours by car, beautiful drive.
Not to mention you can have a coffee in Venice Italy within 7 hours of drive by car, or 45 min by plane.
Come on, cant get better than that.
