hi yeah so this is not on of those thrade that some one is asking to get his picture fixed...so can anyone each me how to convert a photo to thiis or make something like this thanks or send me a video or anythink like this we want to start a comic and i want to use or convert images to look like cartooncreate-cartoon-caricatures_ws_1374963075.jpgcreate-cartoon-caricatures_ws_1374501209.png

I think you will have to use a combination of several techniques in order to get the desired affect you are looking for. For example here is a really quick video on how to make an image look like a cartoon however it does not accomplish the goal of accentuating prominent features like the example you have does (or appears to do anyway).

You can make such cartoons from photos with a free software like mywebface !

Photoshop is the software where people design and can image processing and change colour .and retouch. Really i like image editing .I know clipping path , background removing , retouching , colour correction , Drop shadow and reflection of image
