Where are my backlinks

Hi all, I am spending time setting up backlinks to a site from the likes of digg, flikr, facebook over the past few weeks but none of these are showing in backlink reports. I am having some success elsewhere but cant understand why the above are not showing even as nofollow links?

I am using several diff backlink reports, yahoo siteexplorer, google and backlinkwatch and same result on each

Any steer gratefully received

Use articles instead of SBM stronger BL's and longer lasting.

It takes a while for the links to be indexed in site explorer and all the rest of them. You just have to be patient.

If you have good rankings and are making money the link count really doesnt matter anyways.

Dont stress about them not showing up right away. Just make sure you keep on building them up consistently.

Some of these backlinks you create may never show up with any backlink checking tool.

No need to submit hundreds of bookmarks,pligg sites. just bookmark some popular social bookmarking sites ( digg,su,propeller,buzz,etc) and ping urls to most popular rss feed directories. you are done!

wait 7-10 days then check your backlinks via yahoo explorer. you will smile
