Where and how to invest?

Hello. I recently started the gaming niche site gamesbarrack.com . This site also provides several features that gamers might enjoy as well as forums to discuss, sell accounts etc.

The problem is that I have no traffic whatsoever with the promotion I've been doing thus far.

On what should I invest (I have about 100 euro left) to get real traffic, people that register on my forums and my website and use its features on a daily basis? Is targeted traffic buying the best option? If so, what's the cheapest and best I can find?

You have your site, your niche, just go chase the sources of traffic.
