Where and how I find a truly good agency?

You should consider the stability of their account as follows:
- How long has the account been in existence or are there continuous irregularities?
- The account needs to operate stably such as making payments smoothly.
- They always offer solutions to make your campaign better every day.

There are many good agencies on BHW. I think you should try working with them for 1-2 weeks to test their effectiveness.
My client has a testing period to see if we are truly compatible. After that period of time, the customers who stay are the ones who will cooperate for a long time.

You have 2 choices.

1) Pay a sh*t ton of money to hire a well-known, reputable one.
2) Chance. A lot of people/agencies , especially new ones with drive , will need somewhere to showcase there abilities. Ive found tons of amazing agencies and people to work with by posting simple hiring requests and such. I spent time to get to know them, there strong points, character, motivation, etc...Once you do find the right one though, be generous as this will be the key to making them want to do more(commission, percentage of profits, etc..). You need to give proper incentives as there is no free lunch in this world.

Dont listen to people telling you to go search for them at one specific location. That there here and there. Not everyone or agency will be suited for you. Itll take time to find the right one and a lot of talks but you'll get there.

No doubt that you may find some not good agency. But you have internet, you can check about all of them quite carefully before you decide to work with them or not.
During the cooperating, if you feel not good, just tell them to stop. And be careful with your money.

Yeah, I found one and asked them alot too haha. They're quite patient to me and willing to show eveything, luckyyy
 
Currently there are many agents, you can find them at BHW's "Social Media". There are many reputable dealers there, you can ask them to let you check before paying and you can try with a small amount.

Ask through your friends or you can start with a small budget with an agency
 
In the marketplace / social media BHW there are many agents, you can cooperate with one of them
 
I always prefer agencies from BHW. And never, ever ,ever go for those who run FB ads. Most often than not, they are a scam
 
A lot of places you can find agencies. To find decent ones, it has to suit your needs and personal use. Usually, you can scrutinize the agencies through the details they provide or recommendations.

What type of agency do you need?
If it's a digital marketing agency to run your advertising project, you can search for it on this BHW forum, and of course choose an agency with a good reputation.
 
You definitely have to try it for a few days to a few weeks, there are a lot of scam agents, be careful and don't deposit large amounts of money if you don't want them to scam you.
 
Go to the BHW market, or test new agencies. See how they support you.
Especially with advertising accounts.
 
There are many agents on the market, so choose the agent with the right account for you
 
What kind of agency are you looking for?
 
You can search directly on Google to explore their website (blog, services, etc.). Typically, they list the benefits you will receive, or BHW forum
 
Find out if their support is really good, then if their ad account is strong enough to launch black hat campaigns. good luck
