Hello Everyone.

I am not into YouTube, I was trying to do some experiment with it and after placing the links in description it is asking for verification for making it clickable
When this change was made :confused::confused: Or maybe I was living in another world and this change was made a long ago

When I posted link in the description they threw this error and after clicking on it they asked for ID

It has been like that for months now, more than 3 months. You can do it with video or upload videos and wait for 2 months

Ohh This is Bad :weep:

Anyone knows if this was a worldwide update or only applied to some accounts/countries?

Basically this makes placing clickable links in description impossible until ID verification?

ffs bloody youtube you keep getting worse and worse, they better not ask after ive built up some history over time as it says in the screenshot above as if i get this i cannot upload a id, as the stupid fckers falsely suspended my old youtube account that ive had for years. But they deleted it straight after i had upload a very short video from pixabay and youtube the cunts, wont even tell me exactly why i was suspended arrghh tardtube.

Facebook and Facebook Ads has stepped up on ID verifications. And nowadays at random they may require ID re-verifications even after an initial ID verification. Prepare yourselves accordingly, as per what they expect.

does youtube as a selfie with you holding your id or just to submit a photo of your id, becuase they ask for a selfie its going to be almost impossible to do ffs?

does anyone have a ideas for id if they ever ask?

These days, even old aged accounts are getting asked for ID verifications.
It seems the era of botting is coming to an end, unless this verification thing can be bypassed somehow.
The clickable description links was the only decent way you could bring a good amount of viewers to your site.

Social Media sites getting stricter day by day. It's very weird to see ID verification just to place a link.

Looks like youtube is updating big time after 2 years! First they updated the views, now suggested views is patched and now this.

I sense verification services getting more sales

Time to use pin comment to put a link instead of the description
I also did this, I have read somewhere that they shadow ban those comments as well  They just want to keep their visitor at their site only and only allow them to leave if you pay price for them (ads )

To save your time, buy aged accounts that already have old videos.
I tried this on my almost a decade old account which I was using to avail trial services it had some 2 videos uploaded they still triggered the id verification
