Let's say we are doing some promotion of our product on youtube using comments section.
Let's say we would like to use this as a crowdmarketing tool and get hundreds of comments in youtube videos related to our product or service.
But from what I have seen Youtube easily filters like 75% of our comments, including those which did not contain link.

So how does the algorithm work and which comments will come through?

Okay, makes sense. Thanks.
Is it possible to leave hyperlinks in the comment section or it has no chances today and better to avoid to secure the account.

I always block links on my channel from within the youtube settings. It is something you have to turn on.
But youtube seems to hold most comments with links for review.
Only exception I have found is in live streams / premieres.

I have a couple of channels that as the owner I do not want to look like I am spamming or just making videos to sell something. ( I completely am)
So what I do is make a comment with another account and approve it (if youtube stopped it usually does) with the link to an offer.
And give it a few likes to ensure it stays near the top.
I also delete the comments of others spam/offers posts.

I may have heard about people in the past downloading other channels content and re-uploading.
Also posting offer links in the comments. Usually to multiple offers using different youtube accounts.
