000webhost and whatever free domain registrar or blogger sites. it was a terrible experience due to constant downtime and frequent technical issues
not much later later i was using bit.ly to mask affiliate links which worked just fine for direct traffic. still at $0 expenses.
became profitable and used first money to buy .COM's and rent a server.
