Youtube does not ghost views mate, I have been doing this for years, the youtube algorithm has got incredibly complex, I guarantee you are doing something wrong. Analyse it and fix it.

Going to assume keywords are too competitive for what your purchasing or your not acting quick enough. Although can't see your channel to analyse properly, repeating a failure will not make it succeed, just a heads up. Fix what's broken to move forward. Ghosting youtube videos does not exist as it could cause competition to be unethical bringing other videos down.

New account, quick views. Im pretty sure that youtube doesn't rank everything just because it have a lot of views.
Got ranked haha! All 3 videos now have some rank and caption NEW in searches. It just happened, literally. Keywords rank 1-10, good enough for the first time
u changed something like bought new views or like + some comments or u just waited ?

I changed nothing. Just regularly checking what is happening, it was around midnight and then i saw that some keywords got ranked.

CPA Lockers. In this case, it's a paid game so i make cpabuild locker for desktop downloads and ogads for mobile. So far no success with ogads at all(around 40 clicks), but in cpabuild i had just 3 clicks and 1 convert. So im now going to redirect all mobile and desktop traffic to cpabuild to see will it work.

Spam or deleted, i just avoid using cheat,hack and those things that are just a red flag for a youtube.

After ranking an upcoming artist for a record label client, here is everything I found that YouTube ACTUALLY ranks (roughly in order):
-Competition (originality)
-Front end title keyword
-Front end keyword description
-Front end keyword tags (don’t need many and should almost be identical.)
-CTR (click bait title/good thumbnail)
-Engagement/cards/end screens
-Watch Time
-CC Front end keyword (repeat the title)
-Views
-Subs
Everyone talks about needing tons of subs and views and it’s simply not true.
I work with new accounts all the time that end up out ranking huge accounts.
You can also search YouTube Seo and there’s an account with like 3,000 views and 500 subs that outranked Backlinko.

I also started doing youtube + cpa so far 1 video uploaded already gotc2 clicks from usa but none of them converted
