When will the "Items For Sale" accept new items? I

I've been checking this section initially everyday which soon turned into weeks and now what seems like months. I could post a thread however there is a Sticky there entitled "New Buy, Sell or Trade applications on HOLD". That being said I'm respecting the rules and awaiting these changes.

I've pm'ed several admins and moderators on a few occasions in this regard and haven't received a response from anyone.

I'd love to post my software in this section...
