When you make a coin on pump fun it asks you if you would like to purchase % of the supply.
Many devs keep 5-10% before releasing it to the public.
Just as many devs also sell their tokens as soon as the coin starts getting buys as now the % they decided to keep is worth more.

They might take their time to do it, after what happend with the trump coin goin down because everyone moved to melania once it lunch, they will wait for more people to buy before making their move and make it available in binance but so far people still investing a lot and really hyped for this two coins.
