As I said earlier, people choose to do all of those things monkeying each other.
When I'm talking to people we could call masses, they reject many advanced ideas choosing the easier way.

I believe my iq is still pretty low. People post logical fallacies mostly while they are emotional.
I believe your emotional state, the level of hunger and other factors could to an extent influence your intelligence score in a test.

I myself posted this to make fun of people after getting out of bed. So this was my morning.

I myself sometimes think in 100 years the years 2000 - 2030 will be regarded as the absolute mastery of propaganda.
And this might be taught in the schools as a history lesson of "mass extinction".

On the other hand, however, there will probably be enough literature and information to keep the propaganda going forever.
So the lesson is that those in power are right.

Think about the hospitals that are filled. I think they're not full because someone wished they were. Would someone make up a pandemic? Sources please.

For success qualities other than intelligence are important.

And you're clever enough. IQ isn't static. I really believe you can make significant changes to mind and body, but that's another discussion.

It varies based on the time you take it yes. Sometimes by as much as 10-15 points. Hard to judge at 13. Motivation is a big factor then.

You don't strike me as someone below average intelligence.

But generally, to understand the facts at play in the world does require a fairly high level of intelligence and that's why most people aren't capable of making decisions by themselves.

But, again, you're making a comment here about hospitals. Where did I say the pandemic is fake?

Just because hospital beds are full in a few places for a period of time, doesn't mean they're full everywhere all the time. It doesn't take away from the fact that you can exaggerates statistics and create fear by saying there's "20,000 new daily cases" and a "new delta variant". Heck look at this trash

Now here's the problem.

How many of the population really has the ability to understand any of this? Delta variant, Lambda variant.

How do you really know anything? Because an article tells you?

Are you reading the actual science?

This doesn't mean reading new scientist instead of fox news.

It means, you study the biology of the variants and look at all the published papers surrounding them, or you get one and study it yourself in a lab.

Now, if you can't do that, then you are just trusting the media and the "scientists" when they tell you it's deadly.

How many "full hospitals" have you seen? This is such a vague thing. Because you see your local hospital full? Because you see a picture of a full hospital on fox news?

That's irrelevant anyway. Create the virus in a lab with just the right death rate. Release it accidentally and there you go.

It doesn't take much to fill a hospital. 2-3% death rate is pretty high and will overwhelm hospitals.

But as natural immunity builds and the virus subsides, what can you do? Inflate the figures, create campaigns of fear. Build on that initial momentum.

So in conclusion here.

This is not about taking a position.

It's about being COMPLETELY OPEN to reality, and remembering history and how corporations and humans behave. From there, look at things and decide what kind of move you want to make or how deeply to look into something.

If all else fails, just go focus on making money, because the world will be fine.

In the year of 2020 I was living in a big city area. There were strikes and the city was flooded with honking cars.
In my experience the year of 2020 was filled with so much propaganda and fear I couldn't filter it all out.

Normally I would ignore everything.
This time it was so huge, even someone who is completely careless and inquisitive was influenced.

It's the fact I haven't seen flooded hospitals, but I have listened to couple people who probably listened to media.
In reality I had no trouble reaching out for medical help myself.

It's more difficult to find reliable data on covid because there is so many news.
There is so much info it gives some falsy intuition that I KNOW A LOT about it.

Well, from now I will verify studies as I did in the past.

Yes it's very hard to get reliable data.

There are definitely full hospitals at different points, but how do you know what's real and what's not?

The hospital worker who makes a comment about how full hospitals are. How do you know that's real? We use fake testimonials and business is full of fake crap. It's easy to hire actors and manipulate.

And hospitals are normally pretty busy in major cities. Are we perceiving them as more busy than normal? How reliable is "eyeballing it".

We know how powerful the placebo effect is (again I'm not saying the virus is a hoax. It is not, I'm talking about exaggerations here to push agendas)

Imagine you got the flu and I said to you "ah, you got the man flu, buddy. Go home, rest, get well soon"

You would feel fine.

Now imagine

"Oh my god, you have THE FLU?"

"Oh I will pray for you. If you start having breathing difficulties please go to the emergency room ASAP and remember.. STAY SAFE!"

Now multiply that by a billion with every source coming at you saying how bad it is and this deadly variant, and that killer variant and so on.

You would experience totally different symptoms. The mind is very powerful.

So you have the "the virus is a hoax" people, who are just.. Idiots.

And the "the virus is real" people, who are just.. brainwashed.

The reality is somewhere in-between. It's real, but all the hype around it is a hoax designated to create fear and panic to push lockdowns, control measures, vaccines and a transfer of wealth from small businesses to the ultra elite(Which has what has happened. The ultra rich are buying up properly like crazy)

I think you missed the point completely.

The virus escaping the lab (a real possibility) does not mean it's synthetic.

Lab leaks are a fairly common thing but usually the virus aren't as bad as this one. I saw somewhere that there've been a ton of leaks before. People mess up.

And Stewart's absolutely right, the lab where this virus leaked is the main lab in China. Exactly where researchers work on exactly this kind of virus.

That doesn't make it a synthetic virus. It's not necessarily man made. It could be but there's no consensus like you said. We do know there's this virus out in the wild. It was known before and found in some animals. But there simply hadn't been human infection, which possibly happened in that lab.

What you just described is a global terror attack. By whom? There are only 2 mRNA vaccines. Are you saying one of these two companies made the virus?

What evidence or as much as an indication do you have to assert something like that?

This conspiracy theory is as big as or greater than any other I've ever read about. This is worse than moon landing because a faux moon landing wouldn't have hurt anyone. This is worse than 9/11 because this virus killed 1000x more people than the terrorists.

What you casually just pointed out is the single biggest conspiracy theory ever.

Exceptional claims require exceptional evidence.

What evidence is there that mRNA vaccine makers unleashed this virus in Wuhan? Show us a single fact that would indicate that a big pharma company would do this.

Otherwise you're just making a blanket statement that can be made about anything. We could come up with all sorts of ludicrous conspiracies about anything when we don't need evidence to back the conspiracy suspicions.
 
I don't think it will ever go extinct. However, my hope is that advanced vaccines will allow us to return to a 'normal' way of life.

Covid was better adapted to humans, which is the big question. How did it adapt to humans without a previous pandemic?

So, while I don't have the answers, no it's technically not a synthetic virus. While it is possible that it was weaponized. It's possible. But there's no consensus like you said.

They both agreed that virus escaped due to bat pissing on a scientist eye ( not exactly but you get the idea). And the scientists were doing gain of function research. Which is a fact. So if you agree to the pre supposition of a theory. Rest is causal. So you logically agree that it's synthetic virus.

There was a previous pandemic. The Sars-Cov-1 coronavirus in 2003, it was just not as crazy as this version. But its an update.

They actually warned and said this may become worldwide pandemic in the Future. Nobody listens

I agree that it's a possibility. But we don't know for sure yet. So, no. There's no consensus.

You can't make a point based on it being a fact that it's a synthetic virus like you did. That's how fake news are created. You take something possible and create a story based on it.

We may end up finding that it's all true, that it was man-made and so on. But we don't know that yet.

The real problem is they, the scientists, are not able to create a vaccine for a virus they created.

Note that I very carefully labelled this as "personal belief", thus it doesn't fall under the "exceptional claim". It's not a claim. It's a personal belief. ( https://philosophy.stackexchange.co...es-of-claims-beliefs-ideas-opinions-are-there )

And nothing good would come of it. I'd rather focus on my business. There also will be no hard evidence available. It would just be a giant time sink.
