When vendor's commission is set on N/A

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. Im currently advertising a clickbank product on my website but the commission is set at N/A. It is not a new ebook therefore i know its not because they havnt got an average commission per sale from previous sales (if you get me) lol. Anyway i get order form impressions and some server calls and that's as far as it goes. I just want to know whether i should get commission from it because if i don't i'll take it off my site.
Also like to mention that i opened the account roughly 4 years ago but didnt use it for a few years. Do you reckon my account has to be re-activated?
