I want to blast my large AA list using my AMR articles. The thing is, I want to add all the articles in at a time, so probably about 2000. I don't want to go to each row and add a personalized anchor text for that category. Could I just names. Will it have an effect on how link juice is passed?

SEcond question regarding proxies. If I am posting to heavily spammed AA blogs, I am assuming they aren't checked regularly, so why not just skip proxies. My post will go faster and the blog won't block them. Is this right? or am i missing something?

I made an excel file to do that....

there's a youtube video showing how to use it

It's easy to pull the keyword cells down for each group of AMR submissions.

There are two reasons to backlink to your articles....to get indexed and to give them more authority. Have an anchor text probably doesn't change whether Google indexes the article, but it will change (slightly) the authority it gives that site for your KW - which gets passed on to your main site.
